Chanukkah: A Chance to Rededicate Ourselves

Chanukkah is a minor holiday in Jewish tradition, however, it can be an important time to ‘rededicate’ (the meaning of Chanukkah) ourselves to the values that we promised to live up to during the High Holy Day season.

So, in addition to the spinning of the dreidel and noshin’ on some latkes, I hope all will take this Chanukkah time leading into the secular New Year as an opportunity to continue on a path of righteousness or get back on track.

My apologies for not blogging.  I will try to do better.  As always, guest bloggers are welcome!

Shalom Lake Norman,
